If you stay around and come back often (which I really hope to) you will certainly notice my strong passion for wellness and spa.
I do love those places and always feel much better after having visited one of them.
It is so important to take care of ourselves and remember to take time to breath in a lifetime we usually keep on running.
I of course have my favourites and am always looking for new ones to be discovered.
The ones I would like to tell you about today are the one from QC Terme. An Italian brand which allies prestige structures, best locations, great service and a real philosophy.
I love going to QC Terme Bagni Vecchi and Bagni nuovi in Bormio and also to QC Terme Montebianco in Pré Saint Didier. We’ve already been there several times and it’s always a pleasure coming back.
Bormio is a worldwide known location for ski races and its great winter season. QC owns there the two most impressive and prestige wellness centers.
Bagni Vecchi is a unique structure which combines traditional baths with a modern complex full of each kind of wellness areas and treatments. My favourite spot there will certainly be the outside infinity pool giving a great view on the mountains.
Grand Hotel Bagni Nuovi is a five stars hotel reminding Art Nouveau design and allying raffinately each kind of pools, saunas, hammam and resting areas. My favourite place at Bagni nuovi is the outside “Tinozza” a big wood bathtub with hot water where you can relax into admiring the amazing view.
Pré Saint Didier is located at the feet of Mont Blanc close to Courmayeur. A tiny mountain village with cute streets and very nice landscapes.
QC Terme Montebianco is a 4 stars hotel and spa. The hotel has a real Chalet aspect and the rooms are cozy and well decorated, perfectly in line with the other QC Terme Hotels I’ve stayed at.
Inside the hotel there’s a precious spa area with an outside pool and a wonderful garden. My favourite spa spot here would be the outside pool at night because with the candles light and the stars it truly realizes a magical stage.
Another thing I do love at QC Terme Montebianco is the Restaurant ! Seriously ! From breakfast to dinner the food there is absolutely heaven. The service is always at its best and the dishes are tasteful and well presented.
Small special very prestige note: for breakfast there’s a musician playing the harp !
